Order Status

Product Questions

We make a point to keep our products in stock. However, sometimes circumstances prevent us from having a product when you order it. If you need a product quickly and would like to know if it is in stock before ordering, please feel free to contact us by email at sales@prostockathletic.com or by phone at 800-827-0410

If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours either by phone or by email. If you need the product sooner than we can provide it, you may cancel your order and, if you would like us to, we will try to find it for you through one of our competitors. Since we carry a wide selection of products in each area, we are often able to offer you a discount on a similar item in stock.

We would also like to assist you in your product selection process. Prostock Athletic Supply makes an effort to provide you with quality products. Return policy

Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange 30 days from date of purchase.

• All returns must be authorized before sending back; you must contact us for a return authorization number.
• Returns will not be accepted if merchandise has been used, worn, or washed.
• Decorated items, that are embroidered, silk-screened, or heat seal Cad Cut, specific requested items and Letterman's Jackets are not returnable.
• Refunds are for cost of merchandise only. No shipping charges are refundable. Refunds will be credited with in 1 week of receiving and reviewing merchandise a
• In case of exchanges, you will be billed for the cost of shipping exchanged items back to you.
• Items returned due to Prostock Athletic Supply error, or items found to be Defective will not be charged any freight charges.
• Standard Manufacture warranties apply; if you have a problem please contact us to help you speed up the process, some items will need to be returned to manufacturer for warranty service or replacement. Baseball/Softball Bats you must contact the manufacture in accordance with warranty instructions.
